The ASP Tri-Fold Restraint & Scarab Case is the ideal purpose-specific way to enhance the benefits of this restraining system. The case protects and securely retains two folded restraints, along with an ASP Scarab Cutter in its own molded pocket on the side of the case. The Scarab is a compact and lightweight cutter that is specifically designed for disposable restraints. It employs compound leverage to safely sever and remove restraints from a subject. Unlike other cutting tools, the scarab cannot be used as a weapon against an officer.

This Case features the Snap-Loc belt loop that can be attached anywhere on the belt without having to remove any other gear. The belt loop features an indexed slide track and bar that adjusts to fit all common duty, MOLLE gear or dress belt widths. The pack comes with a split ring that allows convenient attachment to a keyring or tactical bag.
