Shipping Information

Product Shipping:
We ship using UPS, FedEx , USPS and various freight companies in the continental United States. Expedited shipping requests, International shipments and those to Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping and handling charges and we will contact you with the total cost before processing your order. If you have questions, please e-mail us for additional information if you require these services.

If an item you requested is no longer available, back ordered, made to order or restricted for sale, we will contact you via phone and or email.

Need it Next Day?
If you require a faster shipping method such as; Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day, we can accommodate your requests and contact you with the shipping costs. Please place a note in the comments field or Contact Us for rates and service information on your express shipping needs.Please note that our shipping cut off time is before 1:00 PM EST and that approvals received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Free-Shipping Offer
We offer free Standard Service Shipping within the continental United States on a variety of selected products. Items that are offered to ship free are identified in the products listing title. Free shipping offer is for select products only and is not extended to all items in your cart. During the Checkout process the Shipping amount will be adjusted to reflect free shipping on only those items that qualify for it. Free Shipping on those items shipping that require motor freight shipments are for commercial destinations with a loading dock service only. If destination is a residential area, liftgate is required or additional services are necessary a quote will be provided to you.

Standard Service Shipping
We use a flat rate shipping schedule for our Standard Service Shipping method that applies to most of the items we sell. With our Standard Service shipping method we will ship within the continental United States. Customers from Alaska and Hawaii must choose an express shipping method for your orders as we will contact you with a shipping quote.

When Our Standard Service Flat Rate Shipping Rates DO NOT Apply
Some items we have determined additional freight charges are required due to the weight, size or quantity of the items you have ordered. With some of these items we have noted that: ***Standard Shipping Rates Do (or May) Not Apply to This Item*** on the Item's page. Please place your order as normal and we will contact you with an adjusted total to include additional cost of freight. Only after you agree to the total amount we will process your order.

Non-Continental US Orders
Alternate Force will calculate the additional freight costs for you. We will email you with the shipping charges for your authorization prior to charging your credit card.

APO, FPO-AP Addresses
We do ship to APO, FPO-AP Addresses and we apply the above Standard Shipping and Handling Charges. However, bulky items might be subject to additional shipping charges.

Back Orders
If one of more items on an order are on back order; customer has the option to hold the order until all the items become available and ship complete or receive partial shipments with a shipping charge per shipment. Customer will be notified if any item is on back order.

International Orders
Alternate Force welcomes International Orders. For international orders we have a minimum of US$500.00.

After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and shipping costs. You are responsible for any Import Licenses, Customers assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any).

International Orders are prepaid via Bank Wire Transfer, including orders shipped into the US.

Note that some products are restricted for exportation.
