The Avon BA3A Tactical Cut Ballistic Helmet is a lightweight, versatile, and modular helmet designed for military personnel and mobile field forces. Featuring a tactical-cut design, the helmet adheres to the tried and tested MICH-style design. Its shell is constructed from advanced thermoplastic aramid and composites that can endure standard ballistic threads up to 9 mm. The helmet features a universal fit and pairs effortlessly with field-mounted face shields.

It has flared sides with a large eye-port, allowing them to be used with tactical accessories, such as gas masks, goggles, visors, face shields, or communications equipment. The lightweight helmet is available in standard or comfort fit with a dial retention system for keeping the helmet in its place during intense activities.
