The Century Versys VS.BOB has been developed for training in defensive tactics and law enforcement. This multipurpose body opponent bag is tested well by the instructors, trainers, and combat sport coaches and is perfect to be used for learning different types of martial art styles including Kung Fu, taekwondo and Karate.

It features a fully functional BOB head and torso with simulated arms. Users can practice different combative techniques including deflecting, defensive blocking and redirecting punches. It is perfect to be used for offensive strikes in the groin, inside/outside leg kicks, targeted kicks, punches, knees and elbows. The accessory features a sand-weighted base for extra stability.
