The Kabar D2 Extreme Knife cutting tests prove that D2 is one of the toughest steels used in knife making. Featured here in the classic clip point blade shape that made KA-BAR famous. A MOLLE compatible nylon/Cordura sheath with front pouch is included with this KABAR Knife.

It features a 7 part serrated clip point blade made of D2 steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 59-60. The blade of this KABAR Knife has a non reflective black epoxy powder coat, a blood groove and USA tang stamp. The grooved oval black Kraton G handle (almost impervious to sweat, chemicals and water) has a powder coated metal butt cap and guard.
