The EMI Lifesaver Seat Belt Cutter is intended to cut through seat belts and other materials like clothes or boot leather quickly and easily without hurting the patient or yourself. Featuring a hard-impact plastic, this seat belt cutter can cut through the seat belt much faster than scissors. The orange-colored high-impact plastic body with the surgical stainless steel blade is the perfect tool for cutting in one stroke. The buoyant PVC plastic handle ensures that the tool floats during water-based rescues.

This is easy to grip even while wearing gloves. Lightweight, rugged and durable, the cutter is used by all rescue personnel and fits easily into EMI's 1st Response Holster. The Lifesaver is approximately 4-3/4" x 1-3/4".
