The Harken LokHead Winch Kit is a proven high-load, low-friction winch popularly used in rescue operations where a load needs to be lifted or lowered. This portable winch can be rigged to a tripod for use in confined-space rescue operations, man-riding and for load moving/hauling. Designed for use with a 1/2" or 12mm fiber rope, the innovative winch helps reduce weight and allow load alignment. The captive head allows safe use, keeping the rope from any accidental release.

This is designed to be easily incorporated with a compatible mounting bracket into a rescue/lifting system without significantly increasing the overall weight. It can be driven manually using the provided B10AL handle or a compatible power drill. The kit includes a stainless steel mounting plate and hardware, winch handle, tripod adapter, 2 CMC auto-lock carabiners, CMC adjustable strap, and a rugged, waterproof carry case.
