The shell of the leather is "second-skin-thin" which gives dexterity to the gloves along with sensitivity that is necessary for driving, cuffing, shooting, searching, etc.

This Gloves are permanently treated to repel water and suitable to be used in rain or even during perspiration. The leather would still feel dry and soft despite being exposed to wet conditions.
