Kabar Tanto Knife
The Kabar Tanto Knife is known for its unique tanto blade shape and durability. It is inspired from Asian culture and boasts serious cutting performance. This blade is made from high-quality, high-carbon stainless steel, such as 1095 Cro-Van steel. The tanto blade shape is characterized by a straight edge and a strong, angular point, which makes it ideal for piercing tasks and provides excellent tip strength. Also, it does not have serrations, and it features a plain edge, allowing for precise cutting and slicing tasks.
It features a full tang construction, which means the blade extends all the way through the handle. This design provides superior strength and durability, ensuring the knife can withstand heavy-duty use without compromising its structural integrity. A metal pommel at the end of the handle can be used for tasks such as hammering or breaking glass in an emergency situation.
