The Kong Ciapin Evolution Multi-Anchor Static Webbing is specifically designed for use in helicopter rescue activities. It is made of Dyneema webbing with special stitching and reinforcement protections to handle stress and accommodate heavy weight. It has a reinforced winch attachment point for connection with the helicopter hook and three more attachment points for rescuers and stretcher.

The Kong Ciapin Evolution Multi-Anchor Static Webbing has an integrated safety system with a sewn in Tango "double gate" connector and a tear-away system to reduce stress in an event of a fall. It is 250 mm in length and has a maximum weight capacity of 32 kN.
