The Kong Lotor Multi Directional Openable Ring is created for the semi-permanent connection of equipment and features a rounded shape that allows for an optimal distribution of load in any position. Tested in accordance with the UIAA 130 standards, the ring can hold a uniform load of 22 kN in all directions. Its asymmetrical shape helps in the reduction of assembly errors. The central flattening design of the body with raised edges further enhances the load capacity and protects the markings.
It features an openable construction with a wide opening of 15 mm that allows easy insertion of ropes with sewn terminations. The gate is removable and can be detached with the use of a simple screwdriver. Fitted with a rubber seal, the screw does not make noisy vibrations, thereby ensuring that the ring remains tightened. The ring conforms to EN 362/M standard and is available in two sizes with an internal diameter of 42 mm and 48 mm.
