The Life/form Blood Pressure Arm Simulator is designed to easily attach to the shoulder openings of the CPARLENE manikin. The arm is hinged to swing away from the body for easy accessibility.It can be used for teaching blood pressure measuring skills to medical trainees. Powered by PDA technology, this unit helps a newbie learn sphygmomanometer placement and palpation of the radial pulse. It can be used to train a student on how to observe and measure variable systolic and diastolic pressures from 0-300 mm Hg in two mm increments. This stand-alone unit incorporates sound jack for group listening, auscultatory gap setting, and heart rate settings.

The Blood Pressure Arm Simulator is a battery-operated trainer. It also features an adapter and jack for saving batteries by powering the device into 110V AC. In the package, you also get a refurbished PDA along with a BP cuff and a carry bag. This unit is tested for quality and performs well even after long-term use.
