The MK-4 First Defense OC Inert Training Unit is ideal for law enforcement personnel and training personnel. It is safe for deployment during the training exercises. There is a protective, spring-loaded black plastic safety cover that is attached to the upper portion of the outer casing above the actuator. The actuator assists in holding, aiming and discharging of the device while the cover prevents accidental discharge. There is no separate lifting motion required to activate this training unit.

The MK-4 First Defense OC Inert Training Unit can be used for training purposes that every officer should understand. It offers an OC level of intensity ranging from 0.2% Major Capsaicinoids to 1.3% Major Capsaicinoids. It delivers 20-25 short bursts of OC at an effective range of 10-12 ft. Inert Training OC MK-4 Foam, Stream, 360 or Cone. A very effective force option, this inert product is a key part of training in the proper presentation, application, and control techniques each officer should understand. The variations in the MC% means that you can select the level of intensity of OC needed. First Defense is uses independent laboratory testing to ensure consistent quality.
