MMC LSD Drug Test Kit D

This test is used for the presumptive identification of LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide)

MMC LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide) TEST

APPLICATION:

Used as a presumptive test to detect the presence of LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide). The test has a sensitivity LDL (Lower Detection Level) of<0,5 mg depending on the purity of the sample. Take an ampoule and note whether the liquid reagent inside the ampoule is still clear , and the catalyst powder should be yellow, in case they are dark coloured, such ampoules cannot be used. (Each ampoule can be used only ones)

How to use the test

Compare the colour changes with the colour indicated on the ampoules. Remove the sealing cap Open the ampoule as follows: Take the lower part of the ampoule in the left hand, and take the top (upper part) between index finger and thumb and snap off at the fracture line by applying pressure to the side.

There are two ways to finish the test:

• Transfer a little of the sample under examination into the plastic cap and put this cap on top of the opened ampoule so the material and the catalyst powder will fall down .
• Keep the ampoule in the upright position and transfer the suspected material into the ampoule. Allow the suspected material, and the catalyst powder (in the cap) and the reagent in the ampoule to mix. This can be achieved by using the spatula, in case of the presence of LSD the crystals will turn from light purple to dark purple. In all cases the colour change is fully developed within l- 2 minutes. A further elapse of time produces only a slight colour change depending of the colour. The test should be evaluated after 1-2 minutes have elapsed.

NOTE: For both methods it is recommended that a clean spatula is used.

SPECIFICITY: The presence of(Lysergic Acid Diethylamide). Other Ergotalkaloits as well as DMT and DET, which may be present in some medicines, produce a similar colour.

STORAGE: How to store the ampoules: The ampoules should be protected from light and temperatures over 35 ºC. (95F)

SAFETY: Keep the ampoules out of the reach of small children In case the reagent (Liquid) come in contact with the eyes, skin or clothes (The effected areas have to be rinsed with water). No liability can be accepted by the supplier, when the test has been inappropriately used.

DISPOSAL: After use the ampoules we recommend to dispose the test ampoules into the bottle bank . Or in accordance with the waste Disposal regulations current in the country use.
