Simulaids ALS Infant Transport Simulation System
The Simulaids ALS Infant Transportation Simulation System is an elaborate simulation system featuring devices and control tablets with apps to help instructors and students in training and learning various procedures in respiratory therapy, pre-hospital and hospital scenarios with infants. The infant’s manikin has an intubation head, cranial sutures, 2 I/O legs for intraosseous needle insertion and aspiration of bone marrow, scalp vein for palpation, fontanels, and brachial pulse. These features make the simulation highly realistic and accurate.
It has built-in checklists that allow performance capture for structured debriefing and allows instructors to control up to 10 tablets at the same time. The SimVS Pre-Hospital Transportation with Ventisim is specifically designed for instructors to accurately and effectively conduct training and assessments. The scenario system meets all National Registry requirements, including the softcopy and the hardware.
