The ISC HaulerBiner Kit is a compact kit that can be used as harness and a part of the pick-off system in rope access rescues and rescue at heights. Moreover, it can also be used as tensioning system for short/low load lines, pull up and down on the system and as a stretcher management device for changing and adjusting the orientation of the stretcher. Each of its three pulley wheels is incorporated into the Karabiner to make a compact and lightweight 6:1 or 7:1 mechanical advantage system.
The ISC HaulerBiner Kit can provide a theoretical advantage of 6:1 or 7:1 depending upon the orientation of the device. It utilizes a purpose-developed 6mm (1/4") diameter rope that offers it strength and easy handling. It has a specifically designed progress capture cam with an ‘on/off’ position. For an easy deployment, it has been supplied in a tow-pouch bag. It is available in 41", 65", 118" dimensions.
The HaulerBiner can be used in a number of ways:
As part of a pick-off system
On a structure, pull down on the system and achieve a 6:1 (theoretical) MA
When suspended in a harness, pull up on the system and achieve a 7:1(theoretical)
As a tensioning system for short/low load lines
As a stretcher management device, using two or more HaulerBiners to easily change or adjust the orientation of the stretcher
