Simulaids Choking Manikins with Carry Bag

Simulaids 1640 choking manikins with carry bag feature three generation models - child-size, adolescent-size and adult-size realistic manikins, along with one overweight model. The full-body infant model is featured with one foreign body to simulate choking. The other head-and-torso models allow for clearing the airway obstruction with forced air generated by practice of abdominal thrust, chest thrust or back blows. On application of the appropriate clearing procedure, the choking objects get expelled, clearing the obstruction.

Each Simulaids choking manikins features life-like ribcage, xiphoid process, and suprasternal notch, which help students to better understand and use the anatomical landmarks. These anatomical landmarks help the learners to know about the right placement of hands and a better idea of how much pressure is required to clear-off the obstruction. The given choking object can be visually seen expelled on application of the required force. These true-to-life manikins are delivered with a convenient carry bag, shirt, and choking objects.
