The Smith & Wesson 1850 Transport Restraint uses a combination of our Model 1900 Leg Irons and Model 1 Universal Handcuff, both of which are in satin nickel finish. Crafted from finest quality carbon steel, they are durable and strong. Featuring 32" chain length between the cuffs, these handcuffs are manufactured with heat-treated internal lockworks.

The Smith & Wesson 1850 Transport Restraint for better security opens 12% larger for big size wrists and closes 11% smaller for thinner wrists. There are smooth ratchets for swift cuffing and double locks to prevent any kind of tampering. They meet or exceed the demanding US National Institute of Justice tests for strength, workmanship, corrosion and tamper resistance.
