These Specimen Bags with an absorbing sheet are designed to contain liquid urine if the enclosed bottle should leak. The bags utilize a unique adhesive strip which forms a tamper-evident seal that is impossible to reopen without destroying the bag. These bags have a Liquid Absorbing Sheets which contain an immobilizing agent that "gels" when it comes in contact with urine. Unlike liquid absorbing packets, these sheets have the potential to absorb the entire contents of a specimen bottle. Available in Single-Pouch or Double - Pouch Specimen Bags which holdseither one or double bottle bottles. The Double-Pouch Specimen Bags does have two compartments to separate the specimen bottle(s) from the documentation (request for analysis form).
