The Steiner TOR Mini LAser Aiming Device has a type-III hard-anodized machined aluminum housing paired with a rail mount that fits pistols with Weaver or Picatinny style rail in front of the trigger guard. It uses direct diode laser that operates without fail even in extremely cold weather. It has a constant power drive that ensures a constant laser output until its battery lasts. It also has left and right fire buttons for ambidextrous use.

The Steiner TOR Mini has a dustproof design and is also splash-proof to IP54 standards. It has elevation and windage bore sight adjustment screws. The TOR mini offers adjustable laser power with low, medium, high, and high pulse settings that it remembers until the user resets. It has an "auto-on" option that immediately powers on when the pistol is set to firing position.
