The Lightning Powder Sticky Side Powder Kit is designed to be an ideal tool for any crime scene. Built to meet the demands of the crime scene investigators, this sticky side powder kit is developed using high quality material to supply years of efficiency and consistency. It is used for developing latent prints on the adhesive side of the tape which makes it more economical.

The Lightning Powder Sticky Side Powder Kit contains a sticky side powder that can be made into a paste by mixing equal amounts of water and Photo-Flo. It is then applied on the adhesive side with a camelhair brush and left to set for 10-15 seconds. Based on the requirement, it can be kept longer or even reapplied. Instructions

• Sticky-side powder is simply made into a paste using equal amounts of water and Photo-Flo.
• It is applied to the adhesive side of tape with a camelhair brush and allowed to set for 10-15 seconds.
• It may be left for longer or rinsed off sooner. It may be reapplied, if desired.

This kit contains the items needed to mix and apply Sticky-side powder.

• One 50 gram bottle of Sticky-side powder
• Camelhair brush
• Mixing jar
• Mixing spoon
• 473 ml (one pint) of Photo-Flo
• Dropper-bottle
• Instructions are included

Shelf life of powder: Indefinite

• Note: Keep in a cool, dry place.

Shelf life of mixed solution: Approximately 6 months.

• Note: Keep in a dark container in a cool place between uses.

Works Excellent with: Duct Tape, Masking Tape, Packing Labels, Adhesive Bandages, Plastic Surgical Tape, Double-Sided Foam Tape, Paper-Backed Labels, Clear Plastic Tape, Reinforced Packing Tape

Good to fair results on: Cloth Surgical tape, Frosted Plastic Tape, Adhesive Edge of 3M Post-it notes

Poor results on: Black Electrical Tape (due to poor contrast), Paper Labels and Tapes and Labels with Dried-Out Adhesives, Contact Papers or Shelf Papers
