The TASK H-STR II Confined Space Flexible Stretcher is the half-size version of the STR II. This flexible stretcher features integral patient harness, foot loops and horizontal/vertical lifting straps. The horizontal lift strap loops also work as lifting handles. It can be used to move the patient out of a 90-degree turn in a pipe. Made of High-Density Polymer shell for superior strength and abrasion resistance, it is well-suited for confined space use and firefighter evacuation.

It has Automatic rescue-strength locking buckles securing a patient in the STR II. Unlike other flexible stretchers, this stretcher boasts stainless steel, no-pressure system that allows the unit to envelop the patient without undue shoulder squeeze. This versatile envelope stretcher works well for the transportation and rescue of victims in industrial, urban, maritime, wilderness and vertical scenarios, including confined spaces. It comes with a waterproof storage bag.
