The Peel & Fume Cyanoacrylate Latent Print Fuming Pouches offer a one-part chemical fuming system for the detection of latent fingermarks on non-porous surfaces, such as plastic, glass, etc in crime scene investigation. These easy-to-use, peel-open pouches contain cyanoacrylate in a gel form that is sealed between the two foil halves of each pouch. The gel will not leak or flow out when opened. These latent print developer pouches have a shelf-life of three months (unrefrigerated) and up to six months when refrigerated properly.

The Pouches are available in a pack of 20 as well as 100 units. When using this Peel & Fume fuming system, simply separate the halves and place near a source of heat and humidity. Place the evidence to be fumed for prints in a fuming chamber along with a small container of warm water to increase humidity level inside the chamber for clearer developed prints. The process starts immediately and takes 10-20 minutes to thoroughly develop the prints, which may vary depending on the size of the fuming chamber.

Note: To ensure shelf life, pouches should not be stored at temperatures below freezing or above 75°F (21°C).
