Kong ANSI Certified Carabiners

The Kong ANSI Certified Carabiners are ideal for use in scenarios and applications that require a durable fall arrest system. The ANSI Z359 standard puts a minimum strength requirement of 3,600 lbs. (16 kN) on all the axes of a carabiner, including when the carabiner is side-loaded. The minimum strength rating is marked on the carabiner and its gate. The Kong ANSI Certified Carabiners are generally made of carbon steel or stainless steel. They can be used in work activities like sail boats, rope access, scaffolding and trestels, roof and inclined planes, sports activities like adventure parks, and rescue activities like cableway evacuation.
