The Kong X-Large Carbon Steel Auto Block ANSI Carabiner is highly effective in providing increased protection and safety to climbers. Designed with a wide gate opening for ease of clipping the rope and high tensile strength for enhanced resistance to stress, the carabiner has a D-shape which helps in the equal dispersion of the load, thus preventing rotation during climbing.

It has a Keylock system to prevent accidental gate openings or snagging in the rope. The easy-to-open sleeve meets ANSI standards to provide enhanced resistance against lateral stress, making your climb smoother. The connector can be opened by lifting and turning the 3-movement sleeve, followed by pulling the gate. The special burnished finish offers increased visibility of the laser marking. The product is manufactured in Italy and has been tested piece by piece for meeting the highest quality standards. It is also available in a version with a bar.
