The Kong EAW Y Energy Absorber is used while working on heights for reducing the impact force and minimizing the risk of injury. This product features a 30mm elastic sling, which is made from polyamide. The sling comes with a lanyard. The energy absorber can be used in work activities performed on metal structures, portable stairs, elevating platforms and inclined planes.

The Kong EAW Y Energy Absorber is capable of absorbing the fall energy by the tearing of a specific webbing integrated for this purpose. To allow regular verification off this critical device and preventing it from abrasion, it comes sheathed in a Velcro mesh pouch with a stress indicator. This unit is has received CE EN 355 certification and can be procured in orange (90cm), yellow (90cm) and red (150cm) colors. This unit comes with a double elastic sling and without any connectors.
