The Redman Self Defense Punch covers hands during dynamic simulations. Certain training scenarios call for certain training gear and to make sure you have all the options open to you, we've designed additional hand gear, the Self Defense Punch. Now you can get complete hand coverage with all fingers covered during dynamic simulations. It's suitable for light contact to the face cage on the RedMan Enhanced Head. You also get palm coverage when doing palm strikes.

Self Defense Punch Sizing: Measure across the knuckles by laying hand flat on top of ruler or measuring tape.
