The Ruth Lee Advanced water rescue manikin is an excellent platform for simulating training exercises and medical procedures required after rescue missions. Its ultra-realistic features and durable body can be used in various water rescue and drowning scenarios. This manikin features specialized technology that replicates hydrostatic squeeze to mimic realistic drowning effects on wet or dry lungs. Weight can be added to dedicated areas to allow the manikin to sink or the weight can be removed to allow the manikin to float like an unconscious person to add realism.

This is compatible with a majority of key medical parameters, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, nasopharyngeal airway insertion, nasal intubation, laryngeal mask airway insertion, and more. This manikin features key access points for proper drainage and introducing liquids to fill the lungs and create the foaming effect. It is extensively used in military training and by water-rescue professionals.

• Pockets on arms, legs, chest and back to allow for additional diver's weights or equivalent to be added (a maximum of 14kg can be added before the manikin will sink and we would advise the use of a buoyancy aid to prevent this from happening).
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - chest compression - 5-6cm with built-in recoil
• Supplied with easy drain wellingtons OR soft shoes to allow military uniforms to be dressed over the carcass.
• Easy access point to reach drainage/fill. 3-way tube lets you introduce liquid to replicate 'foaming' as part of a wet lung rescue.
• Anatomically correct weight distribution for the 'feel' of a real casualty.
