The Simulaids 818 EMT Casualty Simulation Kit allows for realistic casualty training in the care, management, and transportation of the injured. It aids in creating widest variety of training situations possible including community disasters like road accidents, or explosions. The comprehensive kit includes strap-on bleeding wounds, including reservoir bag, pump assembly, and blood powder for mixing simulated blood; over 40 non-bleeding simulated wounds; and makeup accessories. It comes in a sturdy and portable case, constructed of durable plastic with two securing latches and carrying handle.
