The Simulaids 870 WMD Casualty Simulation kit is designed for effective Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) treatment and includes a variety of different types of wounds related to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) or Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear-Environmental (CBRNE) attacks. It aids the students in effective training and help in early hazard acknowledgment at the attack scene.

This kit features various face masks that release fluids and mimic the associated agent's physiological reactions. The kit also features some realistic stick-on and strap-on wounds collection. The stick-on wounds show Improvised Explosive Device (IED) damage and various disease stages. They are easy to apply and require less labour. The strap-on wound collection features below-the-knee and below-the-elbow amputations and face marks showing different stages of chemical burns small pox and anthrax. The simulation kit is delivered in a rugged durable carry case containing a range of make-up and other accessories.
